When assessing and quoting, rooms should be clear so we can assess the subfloor. We can not be responsible for any extra costs if we can not assess properly all work required.
Please note, we do not cut doors. it is the customers responsibility to contact a joiner. it is not part of any service we offer.
We offer a 12 month labour warranty on installations.
Any flooring fitted on underfloor heating systems, please refer to your manual for information. We can not be held responsible for issues from underfloor heating systems
